Our Dispatchers and their responsibilities

Position Overview

To maintain on time delivery and pickup by company drivers,
setting drivers dispatched load times.

Essential Job Functions
• Maintaining all performance records
• Keep records of all truck and trailer services
• Dispatch drivers on loads
• Keep time management for all loads picked up and delivered
• Fuel card documentation
• Cash Advances
• Manage a team of drivers on said accounts
• Writing driver performance records
• Keeping files accurately and timely
• Writing reports

Non-essential Job Functions
• Phone clerk
• NON – ESSENTIAL ATTITUDE

Requirements • Computer Knowledge
• Customer Service
• Business Administration Degree (not required but preferred)
• Microsoft Office Knowledge
• Trucking Industry knowledge (not required will train)
• Must be able to work as a TEAM PLAYER
• Being able to handle inappropriate attitudes by drivers

Other Skills/Abilities
• Can Work Independently (not expected but must be able to)
• Some typing ability



Our Dispatchers Start out getting paid $12 per hour for an 8
hour shift. This usually increases by $2 every 3 to 4 months
depending on how well they perform.
